Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life. We combine movements such as running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, weightlifting and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. The classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.
The key to body composition and optimal health is diet. Our staff includes a nutrition coach who can educate you on what to eat as well as the appropriate amounts so that you’re fueled properly and get lots of nutrients.
We have two fun programs for kids 4-6yo, our Little Athletes and for kids 7-11yo, our Junior Athletes. We run several camps throughout the year to teach kids teamwork and properly executed functional movements under the guidance of a certified coach. Regardless of whether kids play sports, healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump, effectively and safely.
Our Teens program is for 12-17 year-olds looking to improve overall health, receive general strength and conditioning for sports and achieve peak fitness. Led by a coach, this program builds confidence, power, strength and endurance. It is appropriate for the beginner to the elite student-athlete.
