What year did you start CrossFitting?
2015 – I got burnt out with just running all of the time. I wanted to challenge myself more.
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I grew up playing multiple sports and played soccer in college. I think fitness is one of the most important things we do each day. It makes you stronger not only physically but also mentally.
Why did you become a trainer?
I have a passion for fitness and people
