Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I started because of an ad I saw on Facebook, actually. I was always an athlete growing up and had since been running, but I was looking for a new and different way to stay fit. Being a mom to a young girl, it was important to me that she grow up with a good example of how to be as healthy and happy as possible.
Why did you become a trainer?
It started with a desire to learn more about the sport I love, and then an extension of why I joined CrossFit to begin with, which was to teach kids how important it is to be fit and healthy.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Power cleans
What is your favorite cheat food?
Beer
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Ironman- because he’s super smart and an inventor. I’m a huge science nerd!
