Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I grew up playing sports and being active. After college I kept active with traditional gyms and taking classes. A friend recommended I try Crossfit and I’ve been doing it ever since.
Why did you become a trainer?
I was actively training 6-7 days a week at ESCF North (did you know that was the name the gym before BMCF?) and EJ was looking to add to the coaching staff. She suggested that I get my level 1.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Push Press/Push Jerk
What is your favorite cheat food?
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Black Widow although she doesn’t have any superpowers she’s able to fight opponents with superhuman abilities.
