What year did you start CrossFitting?
2013
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I’ve always played sports and tried to stay fit. The only fitness routine that ever kept my interest was group classes or personal training. With CrossFit, I found all I need, I found my place.
Why did you become a trainer?
Being a teacher at heart, I was happy to help when EJ suggested I go for my L1.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Snatch
What is your favorite cheat food?
Any form of potato, especially French Fries
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Why, Wonder Woman, of course. Who doesn’t love a woman with muscles?
