Membership Cancellation

Thank you for being a part of Bear Mountain Strength And Fitness! If there is something that we could have done differently to improve your experience, please email or set up a meeting with us in person to express your concerns.

Please note that there are absolutely no hard feelings if a membership is cancelled, and we would love to have you come back at anytime. We know that there are different times in peoples’ lives when devoting the resources to Strength training either isn’t possible or isn’t a priority.

We also humbly understand that there are lots of other training methods and other gyms out there, and people need to switch things up from time to time. Please feel free to stop by and say hello, do a drop-in from time to time, and stay in touch. Once a friend of Bear Mountain Strength And Fitness, always a friend!

Should I choose to rejoin Bear Mountain Strength And Fitness after the termination of my membership, I understand that I will have to re-join at the current membership rate and my current rate may not be preserved.
I understand that membership cancellations must be requested in WRITING at least THREE (3) DAYS prior to the 1st of the month. I wish to make my billing change and that if this request is outside of that time period, my account will be charged in full for that month.
I agree that my membership cancellation will occur the following month if less than THREE (3) DAYS notice is given.
I agree that Membership Cancellation requests made by any other medium will not be honored (i.e. verbal requests, Facebook Messages, Notes left on the front desk, phone calls, etc)
I understand that I will not have access to Bear Mountain Strength And Fitness facilities, SugarWOD, or classes or Facebook Group once I cancel my membership.
I also understand that NO REFUNDS of membership dues will be given if I fail to make my billing change request less than THREE (3) DAYS prior to the 1st of the month
