CrossFit is for everyone regardless of age, athletic ability, or previous experience. The beauty of the CrossFit program is that it can be tailored to whatever level we are on our fitness journey.
CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements executed with high intensity. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any individual regardless of experience. All our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. Our community ranges from competitive athletes to people just looking for a great workout with a supportive community. Everyone’s goals and motivation will be different, but our community has one common goal, support each other to be better!
Break a sweat, improve endurance, and burn some extra calories! HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, and it’s one of the most effective ways to improve metabolic conditioning. Our program combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest, which also helps your body burn fat and build muscle, all in 45 minutes!
Our HIIT classes are included in our unlimited monthly memberships. We also offer private sessions and class packages.
Lengthening your muscles is equally important as strengthening them. CrossFit and Yoga are perfect partners. While they may appear to be total opposites. Combining the two disciplines is a huge benefit to your overall health!! While CrossFit is intense and physical, Yoga is purposeful and meditative. Combine them together and you get the total package: Improve coordination, flexibility, breathing, focus, and balance to complement your strength training and conditioning routine.
